Senses hosts seasonal group retreats and events that focus on bringing our community together to experience transformational, purposeful wellness retreats and events. By combining the two synergies of Chinese Medicine & modern approaches we have created a health retreat led and run by the Keah Lan and guest teachers  focusing on the Senses Four Pillars: nutrition, exercise, rest and alternative medicine.
